Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
